Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: Yes we now currently offer international shipping worldwide. All packages will be shipped using USPS and all shipping rates are based by weight and are automatically calculated by USPS.
Q:How long will it take for my order to ship?
A: Typically orders within the United States take 3-5 business days and 7-21 business days for international orders. All orders will be shipped via USPS and will be provided tracking information.
If your order has been marked as delivered and was unfortunately lost or stolen please contact USPS with the tracking information provided. Once an order has been shipped it is unfortunately out of our hands and USPS is held liable for your package. Please note that we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

Q: Will I be able to update my shipping address?
A: If you have entered your address incorrectly please use the Contact Form to provide us with the correct address. If your order has already been shipped, the address provided cannot be changed.
We suggest you speak to your local USPS/Post office with the tracking information provided to see if they will be able to change it for you.
We will only be able to resend your package if it has been sent back to our office. If your package has been sent back we will notify you immediately via email in regards to your package.
As a courtesy we will ship it out ONCE more (U.S Orders ONLY). If for any reason the item is shipped back to us a second time we would have to charge for re-shipping the item once again.
Q: Once I have placed an order will I be able to change my order or request for a refund.
A: ALL SALES ARE FINAL and are non-refundable. However if you have received a defective product upon delivery a replacement will be sent upon request if available. (Please email our team with a photo of the damaged product with your inquiry).
Depending on the item & the damage, we may ask you to ship the defective product back to our office in order to begin the process for a refund ( the shipping fee's originally used to ship the product will also be compensated at the time of refund for returning the product to our team). Once we have received the defective product and have evaluated the damages, a refund will then be processed if approved. Due to the limited nature of our products you may not switch or cancel items within your order once it has been finalized and confirmed. Please carefully review your order prior to check out.
Please note that all items on our store may that are handmade may have small or slight imperfections due to the fact that they are handmade. Each handmade item will be unique and one of a kind.

Q: My order has been sent back to you guys what do I do?
A: If your package has been sent back we will notify you via email regarding the situation. As a courtesy we will ship your order out ONCE more (U.S Orders ONLY). If for any reason the package is shipped back to us a second time we would have to charge for re-shipping the package once again. Please make sure that the address provided is correct to avoid any errors/delays with your packages.
Q: Will you guys restock any of the products?
A: Unfortunately we do not restock any of our previous designs or pieces due to the limited nature of the products and depending on the design/nature of the products, some products may be one of a kind/handmade.
✦For enamel pins we most likely will not be able to restock after its initial release as we have to meet high minimums with our manufacturing company to produce these designs. All pin designs will be limited, so we may also offer more designs in the future.
✦There is more of a higher chance that stickers will be restocked if enough demand is received for the design.
♡ If you would like to see something come back please drop us a message and let us know so we can prepare for any restocks or rereleases in the future ♡
Q: How do I take care of my silicone mold?
A: Every silicone mold will come with a small care instruction card.
As stated on the card we ask you please:
-Gently wash with soap & water ONLY.
-Do NOT use fingernails or abrasive cloth as it may scratch & damage your mold.
-Do NOT use a flame or consistent heat as it will cause your mold to quickly deteriorate and fuse to the resin possibly damaging your mold.
-Gently demold & keep stretching to a minimum to avoid any tearing and damage to mold.
These molds are NOT food safe.
I.AM.ME is not responsible for any damages to molds.
Please note depending on the brand of resin you may be using, some resin may cure at high temperatures that can fuse to the mold due to excessive use of flame or heat.
