All sales are final. No exchanges, refunds, returns.
If you have received a defective product please reach out to us and provide your order number & photo's of the defects to info@iammestudio.us . Please note we are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages.
Damages and delivery issues
Please reach out directly to the mail carrier if your package has been lost, stolen or damaged during transit. Once your order has been processed the package is no longer in our possession and the mail carrier is held responsible for the safe delivery of your package.
